RINAGYM
App terms of use
RINAGYM app · effective from 4 November 2026
In short: the app is free and intended for people aged 18 and over.
It needs no account, and your data stays on your phone. Stars, outfits and badges
exist only in the app and have no monetary value. You do the exercises at your own responsibility,
sensibly and without pain.
§ 1. General provisions
- These terms govern the use of the RINAGYM app (hereinafter: the “App”), including the type and
scope of services provided electronically, in accordance with Art. 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002
on the provision of electronic services.
- The provider is RINAGYM POLAND Sp. z o.o., registered office in Otrębusy, ul. Wiejska 2C,
05-805 Otrębusy, Poland, entered in the Polish National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000833963,
NIP (tax ID) 5213893289, REGON 385789868, EU VAT PL5213893289, share capital PLN 5,000; register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the KRS. Management board: Dmytro Malchenko (President), Iryna Malchenko (Member) — each represents the company individually (hereinafter: the “Provider”).
Contact: rinagym.pl.2024@gmail.com.
- The terms are available free of charge in the App (Profile tab; on first launch also on the
welcome screen), in a form that allows them to be downloaded, saved and printed.
§ 2. Services
- In the App, the Provider offers free of charge:
a) exercises and workout programmes with a player, timer and the coach’s voice,
b) “Knowledge about movement” articles,
c) multi-day challenges with badges,
d) a game with a virtual pet,
e) an informational product catalogue of the RINAGYM shop (rinagym.pl, rinagym.de or rinagym.it — depending on
the chosen language; the English version uses rinagym.de in English).
- No sales contracts are concluded through the catalogue. The “Buy in the shop” button opens the
online shop — purchases are made there under that shop’s terms.
- The contract for the provision of services is concluded when you launch the App and is valid for an
indefinite period. You may end it at any time without giving a reason — by no longer using the App,
deleting it from your device or removing your data with the “Clear my data” button.
- The App requires no account and no contact details.
§ 3. Technical requirements
- To use the App you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser
(e.g. Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android) with JavaScript and local storage enabled.
Some features also work without internet.
- Videos and voice recordings download data from the internet — on mobile data, your mobile
operator may charge for this.
- Like any internet service, the App may be exposed to the typical risks of the internet.
We recommend an up-to-date operating system and browser.
§ 4. Age
- The App is intended for adults (18 and over).
- “With your child” programmes and challenges are a tool for parents or carers. The child
exercises only under the constant supervision of an adult who operates the App and is responsible
for the safety of the exercises.
§ 5. Health and safety
- Exercises, programmes and articles are for information and education. They are not medical advice
and do not replace consultation with a doctor or physiotherapist.
- If you have an injury or a chronic condition, are pregnant or are returning to exercise after a long
break — talk to your doctor before training.
- Train at your own pace. Stop the exercise if you feel pain, dizziness or any other worrying
symptoms.
- Use the equipment according to the manufacturer’s instructions: the wall bars must be mounted correctly
and the rungs must be dry. Exercise barefoot or in shoes with a non-slip sole.
- The Provider is liable under the general provisions of law. These terms do not exclude or limit
any rights that consumers have by law.
§ 6. Pet game and challenges
- Stars, outfits, backgrounds, pet levels and badges (hereinafter: “virtual items”)
serve only for fun and as motivation to move in the App.
- Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be bought for real money, cannot be exchanged for money, discounts,
products or other prizes, and cannot be transferred to other people.
- There are no lotteries, contests or prize draws in the App. Random elements of the game
(e.g. the contents of a chest) concern only virtual items won without payment.
- Progress in the game and challenges is stored only on your device. Clearing browser data,
the “Clear my data” button or changing devices will result in its loss —
the Provider has no copy and cannot restore it.
- The Provider may develop and change the rules of the game and challenges (e.g. add tasks or
outfits). Changes will not take away virtual items already won on the device,
unless this is necessary for technical or security reasons.
§ 7. Content and rules of use
- The texts, graphics, videos and recordings in the App are protected by copyright. You may use them
for your own personal use.
- It is forbidden to introduce unlawful content into the App or to take any action that disrupts its operation.
§ 8. Personal data
The rules for processing data are described in the privacy policy.
In short: the data you enter in the App stays on your device.
§ 9. Complaints
- You can send comments and complaints about how the App works to
rinagym.pl.2024@gmail.com. Please describe the problem and give
your phone model and browser — this helps us help you faster.
- We reply within 14 days of receiving the report.
- Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution options,
e.g. the assistance of the European Consumer Centre in their country.
§ 10. Changes and final provisions
- The Provider may change these terms for important reasons, in particular changes in the law,
changes to the App’s features or for security reasons. We will show notice of changes and the new
effective date in the App. If you do not agree with the changes, you may stop
using the App at any time.
- Matters not regulated here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, the Act on the
provision of electronic services and the Consumer Rights Act. The choice of law does not deprive
consumers of the protection granted to them by the mandatory provisions of the country of their
habitual residence.
